What We Do

Everything low voltage. One team.

Cameras, doors, alarm, network, cable, and sound for commercial buildings.

What We Do

Security Cameras

See the building from your phone, and actually get the clip when you need it.

A camera is only worth what you can pull off it later. We pick each one for the shot it has to make, put the recorder in your building, and put the admin login in your name on day one.

No dealer account standing between you and your own footage, and no per-camera fee to look at it.

What we install

  • Interior domes for lobbies, halls, and open floor
  • Exterior and parking lot, weather rated
  • PTZ with auto-track for wide open areas
  • License plate capture at gates and entrances
  • Low light and infrared for unlit spaces
  • Vandal resistant housings where reach is a problem

What you get

  • Live view and playback from your phone
  • 30, 60, or 90 day retention, your call
  • Motion and line-crossing alerts
  • Exportable clips for police reports and insurance
  • Every site under one login
  • Your own admin account, not a dealer account

What We Do

Access Control

Add an employee on their first morning. Remove one the hour they leave.

The reader on the wall is the easy part. Most of the work is inside the door frame, and whether your doors can take it at all is the first thing we check.

If you already have maglocks and strike plates worth keeping, we keep them and change the readers and the software. A full rip-out is sometimes the right answer, but it should never be the default one.

What we install

  • Card, fob, and phone unlock credentials
  • Readers, keypads, and mobile credentials
  • Electric strikes and maglocks
  • Request-to-exit devices and door position sensors
  • Controllers and door wiring
  • Coordination with ADA operators and existing hardware

What you control

  • Add and remove people the day they start or leave
  • Door schedules and holiday hours
  • Remote unlock from anywhere
  • Lockdown across every door at once
  • Entry logs, by person and by door
  • Camera clips tied to door events

What We Do

Intrusion Alarm

Covered where it needs covering, and never on a five year contract.

Specified around what actually needs protecting, not around a zone count that makes a quote look thorough.

Monitoring is available and it is month to month. A long alarm agreement somebody signed years ago and cannot get out of is one of the most common things we get called to unwind.

What we install

  • Door and window contacts
  • Interior motion detection
  • Glass break sensors on storefront
  • Panic and hold-up devices
  • Keypads at the doors people actually use
  • Cellular communication, so a cut phone line does not blind it

What you control

  • Arm and disarm from your phone
  • Alerts the moment a zone trips
  • User codes you add and remove yourself
  • Open and close reports, so you know who armed it and when
  • Zones named in plain English, not Zone 7
  • Camera clips attached to alarm events

What We Do

Network & WiFi

Coverage that holds up in the far corner, on a network built to take it.

Most WiFi complaints are design problems, not equipment problems. We survey the building the way it will actually be used, with the racking loaded and people in it, and size the access point count to that.

Over-building access points is the most common thing we talk clients out of. It costs more up front and then half of them get turned down later anyway.

What we install

  • Switches, firewall, and gateway
  • Access points sized to the building, not the square footage
  • Guest traffic separated from your systems
  • Cameras and registers off the network guests are on
  • Cellular failover so an outage is not a closed day
  • Rack, patch panel, and closet build out

What you get

  • Coverage tested where people actually stand
  • Admin logins in your name
  • Guest WiFi you can change yourself
  • A written record of how it was configured
  • Room to add without rebuilding
  • One network your other five systems can live on

What We Do

Structured Cabling

The part nobody sees, and the part everything else depends on.

Every other system on this page runs on cable. It is where cutting corners is cheapest and where it shows up latest, usually two years on when somebody needs to trace a run that was never labeled.

We test every run, label both ends to match, and hand you the documentation at closeout without being asked for it.

What we install

  • Cat6 for standard data and voice drops
  • Cat6A where speed or distance calls for it
  • Fiber between buildings, floors, and closets
  • Camera, door, and speaker cabling on the same trip
  • Rack, patch panel, and IDF build out
  • Removal of the abandoned cable nobody claimed

What you get back

  • Every run tested, with the results handed to you
  • Both ends labeled to match
  • A port map that says what plugs in where
  • Photos of the closet before it was closed up
  • As-builts you can hand your next contractor
  • A rack somebody can work in two years from now

What We Do

Audio & AV

Music on the floor, none in the office, and a page that reaches the kitchen.

Zoned so the sales floor, the patio, and the back of house each run their own volume and their own source, instead of one dial for the whole building.

Small jobs are welcome. A few speakers on a patio is a normal call for us and we will quote it as exactly that.

What we install

  • Ceiling speakers for background music
  • Surface and pendant speakers for open structure
  • Patio and outdoor rated speakers
  • Overhead announcements and intercom
  • Amplifiers, sources, and volume control
  • Zone control so areas run independently

What it does

  • Music on the sales floor, none in the office
  • Page one area or the whole building
  • Volume set per zone, not one dial for everything
  • A patio that stays audible without blasting the neighbors
  • Control from your phone, not a box on the wall
  • Schedules, so it comes on when you open

How It Works

You describe it. We go make it happen.

We are a design build firm. That means figuring out the system, the layout, and the parts list is our job, not homework we hand back to you.

01

Tell us what you want it to do

"I want to see every camera and unlock any door from my phone" is a perfectly good place to start. You do not need to know what to buy, and you should not have to.

02

We come walk the building

On site, with a camera. We look at the doors, the ceilings, the closet, and whatever is already in the walls, and we ask the questions while we are standing there.

03

We design it around your building

Not around a package. If what you already own is worth keeping we keep it, and if a cheaper layout does the same job we quote that one.

04

You get a quote in 48 hours

Written and specific, back to you within two days of the walkthrough. It does not change afterward unless the scope does.

How We Spec It

The right system at the right cost.

We are a design build firm, which means the quote is ours to get right. Overbuilding it is the easiest way to make a job bigger, and it is the fastest way to lose the next one.

We keep what is worth keeping

If what is already in your building is good, it stays. Replacing hardware that works is the easiest way to pad a quote, and it is not how we want to win the job.

More time up front, less spent overall

We spend longer in the design phase than most contractors bother to, because that is where the real savings happen. A little extra thinking before the quote beats paying for capacity you never use.

Built for the building you have

Every space works a little differently, so we design around yours instead of dropping in a standard package. The goal is a system sized to what you actually need, not what is easiest to sell.

Who We Work For

Industries we know well.

A dental office and a warehouse have almost nothing in common. We have worked in both and we do not design them the same way.

Retrofits & Rip-Outs

Most of our work is a building somebody else wired.

New construction is the easy version. Most of what we do is walking into a building that already has something in it, working out what is worth keeping and what is not, and turning it into a system you actually control.

You inherited it

You bought or leased the building and the system came with it. No documentation, no logins, and nobody left to call about it.

You are locked in

Hardware you do not actually own, licenses that renew whether you use them or not, and a provider who has to be called for every small change.

It grew without a plan

Cameras added one at a time over years, a closet nobody has traced since, and cable that was never labeled at either end.

Some of it is fine

Half of what is there still does its job. You want the bad half fixed, not a quote to replace everything in the building.

The Three Freedoms

You own it. You can leave any month.

Three promises that apply to every system we touch. They are the reason this company exists.

Ownership

You own the hardware.

Paid for once and yours for good. No leases, no gear we can pull out later, and nothing that stops working if you part ways with us.

Control

The admin and owner logins are in your name.

Full access to every device, camera, and door, so you can never be locked out of your own building by us or anyone else.

Term

A service plan is optional, and ours is month to month.

Your system runs without one. If you do want us on call, there is no minimum term, no auto renewal, and no cancellation fee.

Managed Services

Run it yourself, or don't.

Everything we install is yours to manage, and plenty of clients do. If you would rather not be the one calling the ISP at 6am, we will take it. Month to month, cancel anytime.

Straight Answers

Frequently asked questions.

We are a commercial low voltage contractor in San Antonio. Security cameras, door access, intrusion alarm, network and WiFi, structured cabling, and audio. Six trades that normally take six different vendors, done by one licensed and insured team.

No. Take one trade or take all six. Plenty of clients already have a camera company they like or an alarm they are still paying off, and that is fine. The advantage of doing all of it is that when a camera drops because a switch port died, one company owns both ends of that problem.

Yes. You pay for the hardware once and it is yours. No leases, no gear we can pull out later, and nothing that stops working if you part ways with us. The admin logins go in your name too, which is the part that usually matters more.

No. Your system works without it. If you would rather have someone on call, our service agreements are month to month and you can cancel anytime. It is a choice, not a condition of the install.

We keep spares on the shelf. If we have the part, we can often be there the same day. Without a service plan that is a billable trip, and a part we have to order usually runs three to five days. With a plan, spare access points and switches are already sitting in our warehouse with your name on them.

As early as you can, though there is no such thing as too late. If we are in the conversation before the walls close up we can get conduit and the harder runs in cheaply. Call later and we work with what is there. Nobody gets turned away for calling at the wrong time.

Both, and most of our work is existing buildings. New builds, finish-outs, tenant turnovers, and buildings somebody else wired years ago all come through the same way.

The same team that quoted it. We do not subcontract the install to somebody you have never met, and you are not handed off to a different department after you sign. One point of contact from the walkthrough through to the day something needs fixing.

Labor is covered for twelve months and equipment for three months. Clients on a service plan are covered differently, because we hold spare hardware for them and swap it out rather than making them wait on an order.

Neither. We are commercial only and we are not a fire alarm contractor. If that is what you need we will say so instead of taking the work.

How We Work

Four things we will not budge on.

One team, the whole way through

The people who bid your job are the people who install it and the people who answer when you call afterward. Nothing is subcontracted, so nobody has to be told about your building twice.

Priced to be done once

We would rather quote the real number and do the job properly than win on price and come back twice. The second visit is where cheap installs get expensive, and you are the one paying for it.

The right system, not our favourite system

We spec per job instead of forcing every building onto whatever we happen to like installing. A coffee shop and a two hundred person office should not get the same answer.

We tell you what you do not need

A quote that includes everything usually means nobody took the time to value engineer your project. We would rather cut what you do not need than pad the number with what we do not have to.
