Pick what you want us to watch.

Network, cameras, alarm, doors, and audio. Take all of it or one piece of it, for one building or every location you run. Same team that installed it, so nobody has to be told about your building twice.

Choose Your Coverage

Take all of it, or just the parts you want.

Every system below can be covered on its own. Most clients start with one or two and add more later.

Network monitoring

We watch the internet circuit, the switches, and the WiFi. When the connection drops we usually know before you do, and we are the ones on the phone with the provider.

Camera monitoring

We check that every camera is actually recording and that you still have the days of footage you think you have. If one goes dark, we come fix it.

Alarm monitoring

Central station monitoring, plus zone changes and low battery warnings handled before they turn into a false alarm at two in the morning.

Door and badge management

Send us a name and we add or remove them the same day. Schedule changes, lost badges, and holiday hours too. You can still do all of it yourself.

Audio and AV

Zones, sources, and volumes stay set the way you want them. Music comes on when you open and goes off when you close.

Cabling and the closet

New drops get tested, labeled, and added to your documentation, so the rack does not slowly turn back into a mess.

One Site Or All Of Them

Same agreement, however many buildings you have.

Run one location or twelve. Everything sits under a single agreement with one login, one bill, and one number to call. Each building is priced on what is actually in it, so a small satellite office does not cost what your main site costs.

  • One login that sees every site
  • One invoice instead of one per building
  • Add a location when you open it, drop one when you close it
  • The same coverage at every site, or different coverage at each

Why Rightnet

One person sold it. Another answers. A third shows up.

That is how this industry usually works, and every handoff in it costs you time and loses information about your building. We built the company to not work that way.

How it usually goes

  • A salesperson quotes it, a subcontractor installs it, and an 800 number answers when it breaks
  • Nobody who shows up has seen your building before
  • The hardware is locked to their platform, so leaving means replacing all of it
  • The admin login belongs to them, not to you
  • Your monthly bill climbs with every device you add

How it goes with us

  • The same team bids it, installs it, and picks up the phone afterward
  • One point of contact from the first walkthrough on
  • Nothing is subcontracted out
  • You own the hardware and the logins are in your name
  • Service is month to month and priced on what you want covered, not on how much gear you bought
Scope

What you get, and what you don't.

The second column is the one most agreements leave vague.

What is included

Covered by the monthly price, however many of these you pick.

  • Monitoring and alerts on the systems you choose
  • Firmware and security updates
  • Remote support during business hours
  • User, badge, and door schedule changes
  • ISP calls and escalation
  • A quarterly on-site check

What is not included

Written down so there is nothing to argue about later.

  • Replacing hardware that fails or reaches end of life
  • New installation work, added drops, or added devices
  • After hours and weekend emergency response
  • More than two truck rolls per quarter
  • Cabling for space you add or remodel later
  • Systems we did not install and have not looked at
When Something Breaks

You send one message. We take it from there.

One number, one person, and somebody who has already stood in your building.

01

We see it first

Monitoring tells us something is down, usually before anyone in your building notices. You are not the alerting system.

02

We already have the part

We hold spare access points and switches for clients on a plan. When it is something we stock we are usually out the same day, instead of ordering it and calling you back next week.

03

You get an update

What broke, what we did, and whether it needs anything from you. From the same person you have dealt with since the walkthrough, not a ticket number.

The Three Freedoms

A service plan never changes who owns the system.

An agreement adds support. It does not add a leash. These three hold whether you sign one or not.

Ownership

You own the hardware.

Paid for once and yours for good. No leases, no gear we can pull out later, and nothing that stops working if you part ways with us.

Control

The admin and owner logins are in your name.

Full access to every device, camera, and door, so you can never be locked out of your own building by us or anyone else.

Term

A service plan is optional, and ours is month to month.

Your system runs without one. If you do want us on call, there is no minimum term, no auto renewal, and no cancellation fee.

Pricing

How the number gets set.

A coffee shop and a two hundred person office do not mean the same thing by expensive, so there is no number on this page. We build the coverage around what you actually care about and price it to fit.

Priced per building

One number per site, based on what is actually in it. A twelve camera office is not priced like a four location franchise.

You pay for what you pick

Two systems cost less than six. Add one later and the price changes, and we tell you before it does.

Quoted after we look

We walk the building first, so the number is based on what is actually there. It does not change unless the scope does.

Straight Answers

Managed services questions.

If it is a part we keep on the shelf, usually the same day. Spare access points and switches sit in our warehouse for clients on a plan and we swap them out at no cost. Without a plan we can still come, but it is a billable trip, and anything we have to order runs about three to five days.

No, and this is worth asking every provider you talk to. A lot of them scale your monthly bill to how much hardware you own, so every device you add costs you again for as long as you keep it. We price on which systems you want covered and the size of the site. If adding equipment genuinely changes the work, we tell you before it changes the bill.

On an install, labor is covered for twelve months and equipment for three. On a service plan it works differently, because we are holding spare hardware for you and swapping it rather than making you wait on a delivery.

Yes, and plenty of clients do. If you already have an IT company on the network but nobody responsible for the cameras and doors, take those two and leave the rest. You pay for what you pick.

Yes. Multiple sites run under one agreement with one login, one bill, and one number to call. Each site is priced on what is in it, so a small satellite office does not cost the same as your main location.

Yes, at any point. Adding cameras to an agreement that currently covers the network is a price change and a conversation, not a new contract.

Give us thirty days notice and we stop billing. You keep the hardware, the logins, and the documentation, because those were always yours. Nothing gets removed and nothing stops working.

We need an administrator account, not your only account. Yours stays the top level login and you can remove ours at any time without calling us first.

If something we installed stops doing what it did yesterday, that is support. If you want it to do something new, that is a project. Adding an employee badge is support. Adding four cameras to a new suite is a project. When it is genuinely unclear we tell you before we do the work.

No. Nothing we install depends on an active agreement. The cameras record, the doors unlock, and the network runs exactly as it did.

Tell us which systems you want covered.

We look at the building, quote the systems you picked, and you decide. If you would rather run it yourself, we will hand you the documentation and mean it.
