Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, using, or paying for services from Rightnet ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all customers, primarily commercial clients located within our service area in and around San Antonio, Texas.

2

Our Services

Rightnet provides commercial network services, which may include network design and value engineering, structured cabling, hardware installation, network programming and configuration, ISP planning and vendor selection, retrofit and rip-out work, documented handoff, and optional ongoing monitoring and management.

Service details, scope, and pricing are agreed upon at the time of sign-up or in a written estimate. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any site we determine to be unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope of work.

3

Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the work site and IT spaces on scheduled service days. This includes unlocking doors or providing access codes, coordinating with your builder and other trades, and clearing the areas we need to work in.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you ahead of each visit.
  • If we are unable to access the work site, the visit may be skipped and still billed as scheduled.
  • Work may be rescheduled due to severe weather, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
4

Billing & Payment

Fees are based on the scope of work and materials agreed upon at sign-up or in a written estimate. Project work may require a deposit and be invoiced by milestone or on completion. Optional ongoing management is billed in advance on a regular cycle unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice or per your agreed billing schedule.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service until the balance is resolved.
5

Cancellation

We do not lock you into long-term contracts for ongoing management. You may pause or cancel recurring monitoring or management service at any time by contacting us, with reasonable notice before your next scheduled cycle. Cancellation terms for in-progress project work are set out in your estimate.

Prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered may be credited or refunded at our discretion.

6

Liability

We carry out our work with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rightnet is not liable for pre-existing conditions of the property or network, damage caused by hidden or unmarked hazards, third-party equipment failures, or outages and service changes by internet or utility providers.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to provide and bill for our services, such as your name, business name, address, contact details, and site or network information. We do not sell your personal information. Photos and documentation taken during work (such as rack and closet as-builts) are used solely for quality, records, and communication purposes.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through one of our forms, you consent to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Rightnet. This section describes our messaging program in accordance with applicable carrier and A2P 10DLC requirements.

  • Program description & message types. Rightnet sends text messages related to your service inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, service confirmations, account updates, and customer-care responses.
  • Consent. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You provide consent by checking the opt-in box on our contact or inquiry forms, or by otherwise providing your number and agreeing to be contacted.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your project.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Rightnet does not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (210) 879-4674 or nick@rightnet.co.
  • Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may only be shared with subprocessors that directly support the delivery of our text messaging program (for example, our messaging platform provider), and only as needed to provide that service. All other categories of personal information are handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
